Rocky Knoll Vineyard- Medford, OR

One of the oldest vineyards in southern Oregon, originally planted in the late 1970's, owned by the Mostue/Carpenter families, one of Medford's pioneer pear growing operations. Pacific Crest was hired as consultant for a revitilization of this vineyard, begun in 2005 to present. Originally planted for grape sales, this family is now producing wines under the Rocky Knoll label, including Claret and Cabernet Sauvignon. Plantings include Cabernet, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
