Pacific Crest Vineyard Services is a full-service vineyard management and development company that strives to improve vineyard quality, increase profitability and provide sustainable production for vineyard owners throughout Southern Oregon. As part of its full-service contract, Pacific Crest provides the labor and management for all standard vineyard practices. All vine care tasks are performed with the goal of optimum vine health and production of fruit with the highest flavor potential. Pacific Crest is a licensed labor contractor in the state of Oregon and complies with all local, state and federal regulations for worker safety and payroll service.

Randy Gold is owner and operator of Pacific Crest Vineyard Services and has been deeply involved in the Rogue Valley wine industry since 1980. He began converting a bartlett pear orchard to a vineyard in 1983 and has been supplying several local and out of area wineries with grapes since 1986.

• Owner/operator Gold Vineyard, Talent, Oregon since 1980
• Partner/principal Pacific Crest Vineyard Services, LLC since inception in 2000.
• Presently managing and consulting on approximately 200 acres in the Rogue and Applegate Valleys.
• Former partner in Trium Wines, a partnership of 3 long-time Rogue Valley growers, producing quality wines since 2003.
